Open sandwich at the Hare and Hog

Beautiful colours on this open topped bacon & salad sandwich using our Turmeric & Fennel Sourdough don’t you think? This is Nicky’s creation at The Hare And Hog cafe in Oakham.

Nicky popped by to visit our bakery and fell in love with our Turmeric Sourdoughs. It was great talking about sourdoughs and her charcuterie with partner Nick. They are the proprietors of the award winning Rutland Charcuterie as well as their new cafe. So lovely to meet other businesses like Nicky’s where our sourdough might fit in so well.
